Raycop Korea Automotive’s Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) was considered a s an active response method of the unpredictably changing market.Common Process comprehensively includes Raycop Korea’s business operation, culture, and welfare of employee/local society. This is executed in all sites in the same to create values of the company.
Efficient Production Management
Our company’s production procedures are based on the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for modification and supplementation. We are doing the best to set focus on activities of creating value.
Waste (non-value creation work) elements are discovered and removed in all areas to promote cost reduction. At the same time, the company continuously makes improvements by selecting the activities that create values. The following shows examples and summarizes our effort.
